Sounds-fix v.1.1

This fix allows SH3 to read new sounds coming with several of my mods :

- B17s formations add-on
- Aircraft & rockets mod
- Dynamic flares (new starshell effect) add-on
- Lighthouses mod
- Smoke floats add-on
- U-Boot flapping flag add-on
- Enhanced Haunebu III add-on

It is compatible with the basic game and the following supermods : GWX 3.0, LSH3 5.1, NYGM, and WAC 4.1.
